I submitted an online request for a quote around 530 one evening and was very pleasantly surprised to not only get a call just a few minutes after submitting, but he came over about 30 minutes later. The pool looks wonderful, and he was always great at keeping communication lines open and walking me through the process as well as the services he offers.
